Beau started in real estate at the age of 17, driving prospective tenants from house to house as part of the first agency in Tasmania not to give out house keys! He has always worked in well respected and extremely successful real estate agencies where he has gained many skills in high end property and exceptional customer service.
Early in Beau’s career an opportunity arose to work with the leading real estate software company. He started as a software trainer visiting real estate agencies across Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania helping set up property management departments from scratch.
Beau was a highly successful sales agent and by far his highest achievement within the software industry was managing the largest customer support centre in Australia for Real Estate Agents. Here he mentored and coached a team of more than 20 staff on how to support real estate clients in their Property Management and Sales processes and technology needs.
After 7 years in the software industry Beau knew that it was time to return to his first passion – property. He opened his very own property management business and Beautique Realty began.
